Abstract

|
Pregnancy with kyphoscoliosis is a very rare condition and according to the levels of the lesion, kyphoscoliosis may lead to some obstetric complications during pregnancy and labor such as dystocia due to high incidence of pelvic deformity or cardiorespiratory insufficiency.
Moreover in such conditions Cesarean section may be indicated and careful postoperative management should be given.
Recently we experienced a case of kyphoscoliosis during pregnancy and present it with a brief review of literatures.
